Arrow Down

The Field Rush neighborhood is ideally situated within walking distance of everything that makes Sammamish the best place to live in Washington.

Residents stroll to Starbucks for coffee, catch a bus to Redmond, cycle in dedicated bicycle lanes, or pop over to Pine Lake Park and Beaver Lake Park for a lakeside dip, team practice, or to enjoy the playgrounds, dog park, and walking trails.

During the school year, families walk their PreK-5th grade students to Discovery Elementary; while, older students take a neighborhood shortcut to Pine Lake Middle School or easily trek to Skyline High School. The town library, exercise classes, tutoring resources, or the city's skate park are also nearby. Walkability is an amazing perk to owning a home in Field Rush!

Historically, the Field Rush neighborhood began as Fir Tree Meadows in 1989. Homes were built by the Chaffey Corporation which is still based in Kirkland, WA. Eventually, the name changed to Field Rush, encompassing 86 homes on the plateau. The Field Rush HOA represents those families to provide stewardship of common areas, protect home values, and create community.
