DUES PAYMENT
PAY YOUR HOA DUES
HOA dues are $300 per year, paid by February 1. Our HOA dues are put to good work! The HOA maintains common areas, creates community events, and maintains property values in Field Rush.
If you did not receive an invoice the first week in January, please contact us.
INVOICES
Invoices are sent to homeowner's email addresses in January. To ensure proper delivery, please give notice of any changes to your email in the form below.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATIONS
The HOA does not send out payment confirmations. Please retain your check number or Zelle confirmation number to aid with any discrepancies.
LATE PAYMENTS & NON-PAYMENT
A late fee will be added to any payment received after February1. Non-payment of dues can result in a lien placed on your property. Thank you for your prompt payment!
